3. Service Description
Homerow offers educational and administrative support services for Malaysian households. Our three core offerings are:
- Household Reference Session (RM 490) — a single companion session in which households map out where household records are kept, accompanied by a printed reference index and folder labelling kit.
- Family Conversation Workshop (RM 1,400) — a half-day small-group workshop covering listening, summarising, and agreeing on next steps, with a printed prompt deck and agenda template.
- Family Records Programme (RM 4,250) — a multi-session programme paced over several weeks, covering records inventory, labelling, scanning checklists, and a printed final handbook.
All services are educational and administrative in scope only. We do not offer legal, financial, or other professional advisory services. Nothing in our sessions or materials constitutes professional advice on legal positions, financial arrangements, or estate matters.

Nothing in our sessions constitutes legal advice, financial planning, estate planning, or any other regulated professional service. If you require professional advice in these areas, you should engage a qualified professional.
Our website and materials are provided "as available". While we work to keep information current and accurate, we do not warrant that the website is free from errors or uninterrupted.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
10. Termination
Either party may end a programme engagement with written notice. Where you choose to withdraw from a multi-session programme, refund eligibility is governed by the payment terms in Section 6.
