◆ Why Homerow

Small steps, steady ground

We work at a pace that suits your household — no pressure, no jargon, no opinions on matters outside our scope.

Calm, guided pace

Sessions move at the household's tempo. There is no rush to cover ground before your family is ready.

Printed materials you keep

Every session ends with something tangible — an index, a deck, or a handbook — so the work stays accessible at home.

Within clear scope

We stay firmly in the educational and administrative lane. No legal opinions, no financial advice, no medical guidance.

Designed for families

The content suits households of different shapes — nuclear families, multigenerational homes, adult children and parents together.

Local and accessible

Based in Petaling Jaya with session formats suited to Malaysian household contexts and document norms.

Tiered to your needs

Start with a single reference session or commit to the full programme — there is a suitable entry point for every household.

◆ Common Questions

Things people usually ask

What exactly happens in a session?
Each session is a structured conversation. We guide participants through a set of practical questions — about where documents are kept, how they are labelled, and who in the household knows about them. No prior preparation is needed. We supply all printed materials on the day.
Do I need to bring my actual documents?
Not for the introductory sessions. The Household Reference Session and Family Conversation Workshop work from prompts and templates, so you do not need to share any documents with us. The Family Records Programme involves working with your own records at home, in your own time, between sessions.
Can this help with more difficult family conversations?
The Family Conversation Workshop gives households a shared framework and vocabulary — listening, summarising, and agreeing on next steps. It does not substitute for counselling or mediation, but many families find that a clearer structure makes sensitive conversations less fraught.
How long does the Family Records Programme take?
It is spread across several weeks, paced to suit your household. Most families complete it within six to eight weeks. Each session is roughly two hours, and there are short tasks to do at home in between — nothing onerous.
What does the RM 490 session cover compared to the RM 4,250 programme?
The RM 490 Household Reference Session is a single meeting focused on mapping out where records currently live. It is a good starting point. The RM 4,250 Family Records Programme is a full multi-session journey covering inventory, labelling, scanning checklists, meeting agendas, and a printed handbook — suited to households who want to work through things thoroughly.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. We collect only what is needed to run your session and stay in touch. We do not share or sell personal information. You can read our full privacy approach at the link in the footer.
